This is complete remodeled 1,700 Sq Ft beautiful home! Modern decor and convenient amenities makes you feel right at home! All new appliances, beds and plenty of linens!
The swimming pool is professionally maintain with a crystal clean water. Private yard and huge patio makes you want to just stay home! BBQ in the backyard!
The house is centrally located! 10 min from downtown, 2 min from Highway 50, 15 min from Cal Expo! 20 min from the airport!

We host part of the year!
The rest we stay at our home! We love our neighbors and they do the same and we like to keep it that way!
So, please observe the house rules and mainly the “quiet time” from 10pm until 8am!
