Charming, 2 floor fully furnished dwelling that forms part of a newly converted stable block, located in a large courtyard on an equestrian property. Set on private farm land, "The Stables" offers luxurious high quality self contained accommodation, perfect for a single professional person, it has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Overlooking orchard & grazing land, it is completely separate & private from the main house. All brand new fixtures and fittings, underfloor heating.

The space
Entry to "The Stables" is through the utility/cloak room with washer, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, pantry, plenty of spacious storage cupboards and coat hooks. There is also a small breakfast bar with stools and a long church pew.

A solid oak door leads to the open plan living area where you will find a fully fitted kitchen, complete with induction hob, combination oven/microwave, airfryer, two fridges, freezer, electric steamer, integrated dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The furnished living space comprises a super comfy, two seater leather sofa, drop leaf dining table with bar stools, side table and terrestrial, smart TV with free high speed, fibre to the property internet and underfloor central heating throughout.

Just off the open plan living area is a beautifully finished Bathroom room with heated towel rail, WC, wash basin, LED de-mister mirror and double rain shower.

An oak stable door leads from the living area to a large fenced patio with table and chairs that seats four overlooking the well maintained private orchard. BBQ

A small but narrow flight of stairs takes you to the light and airy galleried bedroom with antique pine flooring, 4ft (small double bed), fitted wardrobe, full length mirror with plenty of storage.
Two Velux windows, one fully opening offers fabulous views over the fields.

"The Stables" is a unique property within the curtilage of the owners Farmhouse and stable yard (former Dairy) with a beautiful garden and patio area yet, it is private and for guests sole use.
Secure parking directly outside within a large fenced courtyard served with CCTV.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the Stables cottage and patio, private parking space and access to the orchard garden.

Other things to note
Stairs are narrow with partial handrail therefore, may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility and restricted height in galleried loft bedroom.
