CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT:
1. IMPORTANT: Upon BOOKING, please indicate your preferred check-in and check-out time. Otherwise, we will consider check-in to be at 2:00 PM and check-out to be at 12:00NN.
2. Please bring a photocopy of one government issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, et. al.) upon check-in.
3. For security reasons, only the Guest named in the Booking Confirmation is allowed to check-in for the group.
4. Please inform us in advance for early check-in before 2 PM, otherwise you may not be allowed entry into the property.
Late Check-out shall
be communicated and approved as to avoid causing inconvenience to incoming guest. Late check-out above two hours will be charged per hour
5. Upon Check-Out, Guest should return possession of the apartment, its keys, and all borrowed property from the Host, in good and tenantable condition as it was on check-in.
HOUSE RULES:
1. As this is your home away from home, please treat and respect our space as you would your own. Kindly keep our property clean and in the same good condition when you first came in.
2. Please do not move any furniture around as this may cause damage to the wooden parquet floors. If you must, please LIFT while moving, DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE.
3. If you are booking for 6-10 people, we expect only 6-10 people to use the space. No house parties, rowdy activities, or loud noises please. Kindly keep noise to a minimum and respect your neighbors.
4. HOUSEKEEPING:
a. A cleaning lady or boy will service the apartment once a week to make your beds, sweep/mop your floors. Your trash will be collected every 3 days. Please let our staff know if you want your rooms cleaned; otherwise, we do not enter your rooms. b. Tips are not necessary, but welcome if you're feeling extra generous(URL HIDDEN) c. Our staff is trustworthy, but as extra precaution, please DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES in your rooms or in the apartment when you leave(URL HIDDEN)5. UTILITIES:
a. Please use utilities responsibly. Switch off lights, air conditioning, TV and other appliances except the refrigerator(URL HIDDEN)6. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the Guesthouse but only in the outdoor areas please.
7. PETS:
a. Pets are not allowed(URL HIDDEN)
8. PROHIBITIONS:
a. Drugs and illegal activities. Anyone found to be involved in illegal activities or in possession of any quantity or form of illegal drugs shall be evicted from the premises and refused entry by building security. In addition, the Host retains and reserves the right to file criminal charges against such Guest with the police authorities(URL HIDDEN)b. Guns and firearms. You are welcome into our home, but your guns, firearms, and other weapons of mass destruction are not(URL HIDDEN)c. Fireworks, explosives, and/or inflammable items. Guests shall comply with all the reasonable conditions of our fire insurance policy, shall not permit any article or act which will violate any term or compromise coverage of said insurance policy from being brought or committed in the Guesthouse.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGES:
a. Please be responsible for your own belongings. Guests are responsible for all of their activities and those of their visitors. Any damage/loss that may occur during the stay shall be Guest's responsibility(URL HIDDEN) b. Hosts are not responsible nor liable for any damages or accidents that may occur during the duration of your stay. c. Any violation of above house rules will result in eviction of guest. Host reserves the right to seek whatever legal remedies necessary to recover any damages or liability(URL HIDDEN) d. Guest shall hold Host free and harmless from any liability, responsibility for damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or as a consequence of this Agreement, or the use of the Leased Units by the Guest, their visitors, where the same is not due to the fault or gross negligence of the Host or its agents. Likewise, the Host shall not be held responsible for any claim of loss, damage to property and other forms of liability caused by water leaks in the building's piping system, misuse or malfunction of supplied materials, normal wear and tear of equipment/materials and force majeure (e.g., fire, earthquake, typhoon and other disturbance causing water seepage or breakage of glass windows)(URL HIDDEN) e. Guest agrees to indemnify Host against any liability arising from or connected with the use of the Leased Units due to any breach or violation by Guest of the stipulations of these House Rules, or failure of Guest to comply with Philippine government laws, regulations and issuance's.

we liked the area...the unit was good however a few improvements are needed..there was no cleaning equipment...we had to ask for a mop we also had to ask for toilet paper..6 people staying for 5 or so days you need more than 1 and half rolls...the dvd player wasn't set up..when we connected to av2 it didn't the tv is worked on av1 when we disconnected the pay tv...aircon was noisy...we had to remind them to bring the extra bed...although breakfast was supplied it was very we did enjoy our stay and with a bit more attention to detail will be a good place for anyone to stay

OUR HOST • We emailed our arrival info the day prior. Aurora sent her daughter & employee, Juan, to pick us up from the airport where they held a sign with our names on it to make it easier to find them outside the baggage claim. • The next morning, Bill had inquired about hiring a car & driver. Aurora phoned a service that charged 5,000₱. Had to remind her of the quote she emailed me: 1,200₱ for the car, 500₱ for the driver plus gas. After that, she helped arrange for Joe to take us on a Cebu City Tour. She helped create a great itinerary explaining to Joe (a backup driver, not her normal driver who was on vacation) how he might go about touring us around. What a wonderful day! That evening, Juan requested additional 500₱ for gas. We paid it. Then, Joe returned minutes later with 300₱ change and a gas receipt = 200₱. Appreciated his honesty. • (Staff) Laundry Service: Juan communicated a next day turnaround so we gathered our clothes. When the bill arrived = 660₱ for maybe 2kilos of laundry, sticker shock sank in. In Manila, 3.4kilos of laundry rushed, same-day was only 360₱. Wish we asked how much it was or Juan confirmed with us how much it would be before we agreed to the service. Different day, visited the office to ask for help in dialing a local number. Aurora, nor Juan, were there and the boy who was... refused to help us. COMFORT - (Arrival) This has only been our 3rd Airbnb experience… all in the Philippines. We’re given our keys to apartment M4. So far this is the 2nd Airbnb property, where only upon arrival they turned on the refrigerator and a/c. I guess they are conserving electricity. But I don’t know how expensive it would be to turn these features on maybe 30 minutes prior to a guests’ arrival so we walk in comfortably? Hmm. (Amenities) -Cable TV did not work. Aurora’s son was the initial technician to try and get it working but the problem seemed to be something with the cable hookup and not the cable box we had. It was a pre-existing problem they’ve had in the past Aurora said and had to ask the cable company to send someone. The cable tv was fixed on our 3rd day. (Compliments) Beds were comfortable in this spacious apartment. Plus, Aurora had a nice, outdoor eating area a few steps from the apartment and the office where you can cook breakfast. They offered complimentary eggs, bananas, bread to toast and such. It was a good way to chat with Aurora and any other visitors of the Manora Apartments. WIFI - Wifi allowed us to research things to do while in Cebu & helped my mom learn how to email on the iPad. ;-) GETTING AROUND - Manora to/from Airport = ₱330 Taxi • Manora to/from Pier 1 = ₱145-160 Taxi • Manora to/from Gaisano Mall / Supermarket...
