This place is suitable for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur.
Strategically located in the middle of KLIA/KLIA2 and Kuala Lumpur. An extension of Klang Valley itself and a future of Kuala Lumpur as a megalopolis.

The space
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom)
The biggest room in the unit. Has a King sized bed with air-conditioning, bedroom wardrobe, dressing table and a toilet attached with heated water.

Queen sized bed with wardrobe and dressing table, including air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3
Two single bed with clothes hanger, dressing table and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 4

One shared toilet with heated water shower is located in the hallway beside the master bedroom.

Living room:

A large 65" Samsung smart HD television with 100mbps internet access for media/audio entertainment. Complimented with a generous Samsung soundbar. (please keep the volume at a decent level)

Two long sofas and one couch on a carpeted area.

Ironing board is also available in the area.

Dining table:

A dining table with 8 seats conjoined between the living room and kitchen.

Kitchen area:

Sink with kitchen cabinet, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and cutleries/tableware, a cabinet table with snacks and spacious enough for four people to have a chat. Also connected with an outside yard which has a washing machine and space for hanging wash.

No heavy cooking is allowed due to clogging of sink and mess from cooking oil. If found the kitchen area dirty from excessive usage, cleaning fees will be charged.

Guest access
Gain access the common place area through the fifth floor of any block.
You will find yourself surrounded by gardens, outdoor seating, even bedding for a decent lay with a good book. The central block is where the outdoor swimming pool is located. One part of the pool is a stretched out lap beside a large pool for normal swimming and another segment for kids, complete with a playground full of waterworks, spacious for an army of kids.
There's also an indoor gym, a space for sauna, general purpose hall, pool/snooker table, boxing ring, indoor playhouse for kids and even a mini wall climbing area for kids to name a few of the facilities provided. Between each block you'll find different themes of playgrounds and also workout mechanics which can be used by anyone.

Other things to note
This is not a self check in property. Please align arrival times with owner so that owner can bring up to the house.

Please note that Alcohol , Cigarettes and Pork is strictly not allowed in the house. For the harmony of our community, please adhere by this rule.

If the house is found to be unnecessarily dirty after the stay which requires extensive cleaning, we will be charging RM100 extra for cleaning fees.

Please bring your own towels for hygiene purposes.

Upon confirmation of booking, your car and your information will be shared with the security guard, which enables easy in and out access . There are visitor parking spots all over the premises, walking distance to the lobby and elevators and a proper pickup and drop off area in every block.

Outdoor facilities such as playgrounds and open sitting areas are free to use.

This condo is located in the middle of Bandar Saujana Putra township and has accessibility to many types of services and facilities just within walking distance or 5 mins driving distance. In BSP21 premise itself , there are three marts selling basic necessities, a self service laundry bar, a barbershop and some restaurants. If you walk out of BSP21, there's a drive through/dine in McDonald's, more restaurants, clinic, pharmacy, auto repair shops, farmer's market and more convenience stores and marts for those who would like shop for more necessities.
