Our country house is ideally located in the middle of the "Black Valley". Close to the George Sand House (2km), the Moulin d 'Angibault (2km), the Château d' ars (4km), La Châtre (6) or Saint-Severe (12km) village dear to the filmmaker Jacques Tati, you can't be better placed to discover the Berry boischaut-Sud.

Country market (Saturday morning), cinema, swimming pool, museums and other practical amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy...) will be waiting for you in La Châtre (less than 10 minutes by car). Swimming pool, Golf, sauna, castle, wakeboard, tree climbing are also nearby leisure activities.

It is composed of 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine with a convertible bed, two bathrooms (a shower, a bathtub), a living room and a kitchen.
