The McKenzie House is a historic 1893 home in Springville, Utah, affectionately known as "Art City." She hits that coveted sweet-spot of feeling tucked away in the country while being close to everything. The home is located just two miles from I-15 and is only a few blocks from grocery stores and several restaurants and shops. Travel time to downtown Provo is 10 minutes or less, and under one hour to Salt Lake City. This darling rental includes a private bed + bath for 2 adults. See you soon!

The space
Guests will park on the street in front of the home and enter through a private entrance that goes directly into the rental space on the south side of the property. There is ample parking available, so don't fret.

Check-in and check-out will be done through a unique lock code that will be sent to you the morning of your stay. The private bathroom is an en-suite to the bedroom, so this is really a very cozy, private retreat!

Springville is affectionately referred to as "Art City" and is home to some of the best artists in the country, particularly sculptors. You'll see lots and lots of bronze sculptures as you drive around town! The beautiful Springville Art Museum is also located near the home and their excellent exhibits are a great place to visit.

If mountain-life is more your thing, Springville is also home to the stunning Hobble Creek Canyon which is less than a 10 minute drive away. And of course, don't forget the popular farmer's market held on Monday nights throughout most of the year within walking distance of the home.
