The space
Located in the Part-Dieu district, Rue Baraban (very quiet), the studio was completely renovated in September 2019. Ideally located in the heart of the Part Dieu commercial district, and a few minutes from the very pleasant Monplaisir district, it has all the necessary equipment for a short or long stay:
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, teas, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Bath sheets are provided. We provide you with cotton and cotton swabs. Storage spaces are available.
The living room consists of a dining area with table and chairs, a large wardrobe for storing your belongings, a TV with Netflix; and a sleeping area with a double bed, two pillows, a duvet and bed linen provided.
We provide you with an iron and an ironing board.
The apartment is electrically heated.
Guest access
You will have access to the accommodation from 4 p.m.
Departure is scheduled for 10 a.m.
These hours are strict.

We do our best to provide you with a clean, tidy and fully equipped studio. Thank you for taking care of it for the duration of your stay and for keeping it in as good condition as you found it, so that future tenants who follow you will feel just as well.
Registration is done online. You will receive a registration form 3 days before your arrival where you will be asked for ID to receive the apartment codes.
