Just a quick drive to either Downtown Fernie for an evening of dining and entertainment, as well as to the Fernie Alpine Resort ski hills––this unit is all about location, location, location!
The space
BED AND BATH
The large, spacious room has two plush queen-sized beds, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV and Wifi for your convenience. There is also a little dinette area if you prefer to enjoy a quick meal, or sip on a delicious cup of coffee.
AMENITIES
Right outside, you’ll find a small patio where you can enjoy a cold craft beer as you watch the sunset over Mount Fernie. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking.
Please note, there is strictly no cooking within lock-off units, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.
Guest access
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the main unit, which is locked at all times from both sides.

Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one from us if needed.
This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.
