Neighbourhood highlights

Copper Mountain Resort has three distinct base areas, Center Village, East Village, and Union Creek. Known for its naturally divided terrain, award-winning ski school, and family-friendly atmosphere, Copper Mountain Resort is full of Rocky Mountain energy and excitement.

Center Village, located right at the base of Copper Mountain Resort, is the perfect ski-in ski-out destination. In Center Village, large ski lodges overlook the slopes and there are tons of restaurants, shops, and fun annual events. Woodward Copper, Colorado’s biggest terrain park, is a short walk away, and the American Eagle Lift takes riders swiftly into Copper’s beautiful alpine environment. Camp Hale Coffee Shop is great for an early morning caffeine boost. Incline Bar & Grill is an après ski party spot. And cyclist and hikers can easily access the Ten Mile Canyon National Recreation Trail. Staying in Center Village places you in the middle of the action.

East Village, positioned near the entrance of Copper Mountain Resort, is a great place for families who want to relax and connect with Copper’s natural beauty. Slightly less busy than Center Village, East Village offers plenty of restaurants and direct access to the slopes. Double Diamond Bar and Grill and JJ’s Rocky Mountain Tavern are popular spots for après ski celebrations. To access the mountain, you can jump on the 6-person Super Bee lift or practice your turns on Stinger, a short lift designed for beginners.

Union Creek is a quiet village with great access to Copper Mountain’s beginner terrain. Because Union Creek primarily consists of condos and townhomes, it is a great place for visitors who are looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a peaceful vacation in the mountains. When staying in Union Creek, the gentle trails on the west side of Copper Mountain are at your fingertips.
