Please read all our other reviews! Vipul: 1 week booking: 13/08:” all good”, 17/08: “beautiful home, can we check out later”. 6 days NO complaint! Who wants to stay longer when he has ‘cat allergies and I am such a bad host’? Vipul did not respect our home, our housekeeper Lucia of 19 years (not a cleaning lady!) and myself. He treated us like his servants and he is the superior. Our Villa was left trashed with garbage on the floors in bedrooms, bathrooms, damage to furniture, glassware and marks on walls. We contacted Airbnb. Our first bad experience. We went out of our way to accommodate his request for food shopping prior to his arrival and a private chef request. But he expected that all for a tiny “tip” although I did confirm with him in writing to pay Lucia accordingly for her time and gas. We all have kids. Every guest has kids. At check-in, his friend was very condescending and dismissive to our Lucia. Did not walk with her when she wanted to show him our Villa and property. She gave him the WIFI login. Language problem about money? You are online and can (Hidden by Airbnb) for translation. Lucia was so upset that she did not want to come back at check-out! Furthermore, Vipul contacted her without our knowledge nor permission to get him someone to cook for them but yet had not paid her for her first food shopping. She called us immediately. We do not pay our employees a “tip”. We do pay them properly for their services. They gave her 1.5 Euros! She said this is not enough. V’s friend added 2Euros! August 17, when Vipul asked for an extension I wrote him back that we can not do that due to new guests checking in the same day at 4pm. I also asked him when he sees Lucia at check-out, to reimburse her for that first food shopping and that a ‘tip’ is not enough. A constant text battle started! I asked him to give Lucia 20Euros at least. He got very (!) argumentative and said to me: “You should go on now with your day”. That was the first time also when he pulled out the “cat” argument! This is a PET FRIENDLY listing!! Ask before doing an "instant booking!" Guests can bring an elephant if they want to.. The cat is an OUTDOOR cat ONLY who came to us through a previous guests from Airbnb. We asked Vipul, to NOT give her ‘pasta’ to not get her used to the house because nobody is there throughout the winter. She goes to other homes too. Sardegna is full of cats. It is unavoidable to have cats coming around! Everybody in my family is a doctor: 1.) Nobody who has allergies books instantly a pet friendly home, 2.) does feeds a cat and 3.) you do not get an allergy from an outdoor cat. You tell me you start sneezing when you see a cat outside 20meters away from you? How is that possible? We are on a 4 acre property. Cats keep mice or rats away! You are lucky if you see one! 1 week booking: 6 DAYS NO COMPLAINS & ASKED TO STAY LONGER. There is so much more to say but really not worth it! It is a Multi Million Dollar home which we opened up to the Airbnb community! Vipul should not be a member!
