Incredible apartment in the heart of Madrid, next to Colón. It has been recently renovated and has all the details. It is located in a privileged area, in the Barrio de Justicia, a few meters from Colón, Paseo de la Castellana, Génova, Chueca... Surrounded by trendy restaurants in Madrid such as Pointer, Habanera... And next to the best shopping area in the city, the famous Golden Mile (Calle Serrano).

The space
The apartment is newly renovated and has been taken care of down to the last detail so that your stay is perfect. It has 60 m2, distributed in a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 190x135 cm and fully furnished, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a complete bathroom with shower. Guest access

Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay.

It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest.

At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host.
