This beautiful bright apartment is on the 4th floor of a carefully renovated old building in the middle of the southern suburb. There is an elevator and on the first floor a pretty little café with a varied breakfast offer. In addition to the bedroom and living room, the apartment has a kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area and the most modern equipment, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious hallway and a magnificent view over the rooftops of the neighborhood. Of course, there is also Wi-Fi ;)

The space
The lively and trendy Karl-Liebknecht-Straße ("Karli") with its many cafes, international restaurants, pubs and cultural offerings (theater events, readings, art house cinema, concerts, exhibitions and much more) is only about 50 meters away. It is a center of the student scene with boutiques, (organic stores), music and clothing stores from noble to second hand.
You are also in nature within a few minutes – the Auenwald is the Leipzig city forest with city connections. It runs through the entire city area and is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.
About 4 km away is the wonderful Lake Cospuden, also called “Costa Cospuden” or “Cossi”. It belongs to the Leipzig Neuseenlandschaft and is a swimming lake with clear water, surf schools, gastronomy, playgrounds as well as a circular path and offers plenty of refreshment and relaxation in nature. The lake is easily accessible by bike but also by car.
