Kay and Simon are such welcoming hosts. They provided a beautiful room in a fabulous environment, the beach and surrounding area is stunning. Mornings were long and filled with healthy porridge and good conversation. I absolutely recommend this as a great place to visit, but make sure you don't underestimate how long you'll want to stay!
Charming down to earth hosts. The room was very comfortable, roomy and clean with a super shower. Simons' porridge, it could be Kay's!?, in the morning was delightful. We shall be returning when we can. N & V
Kay and Simon are very nice, friendly and helpful ! We traveled with a toddler and were all greatly welcome, the room is lovely, clean and the bed comfortable soft. We had a great time there and a very delicious breakfast especially the Porridge !!! A tiny village in a beautiful area with nice beaches. I hope that I have the chance to come back someday for an other holiday. Thank you very much for everything !
What a lovely start to our holiday. Kay and Simon are the perfect hosts, welcoming, informative, relaxed and interesting. Their house is lovely and the surrounding area delightful. The beach - a short walk away - is sandy, calm and inviting. Our 18 month old daughter loved it. We swam and had a BBQ well into the evening.
A very lovely place to stay. Simon and Kay are wonderful hosts and made us really feel at home. The room is very cosy and the bathroom comfortabel and clean. We had great breakfast and a nice simple dinner. Such a pitty we couldn't stay longer. But a good reason to come back some day...
Thank you Iris & Christian for your lovely comments! We are glad you liked sharing our house & food! Thank you again for helping with our car - we are very grateful & it has been a pleasure to have you here... We hope you have a happy journey home & look forward to seeing you again sometime! K&S :-)
Kay and Simon are great people. Always welcoming and bright ideas to brighten your day.
We were not sure what to do on the 1st day, they suggested places like Hemick, Mavigassey, Kynance Cove, Porthcurno Beach and these places were amazing. Got a glimpse of seals at Lands End as well.
Lovely vegan breakfast and great views from the room.
Will definitely plan for long holiday next time at Kay and Simon's place.
Kay & Simon were very welcoming and we felt very comfortable in their home. the neighbourhood seemed pretty quiet and we really liked the quiet beach just 20min down the hill from the house.
We had some fun discussion about food (I love the bread) and Vegan and i will now become a part time vegan i think...:)
