Our rustic-modern lake cabin is located in a small lake neighborhood just 25 minutes down the road from Manhattan, KS and Kansas State University.

With quiet surroundings, a golf course and dock access to Tuttle Creek Lake just minutes away, it’s ideal for a active weekend or a secluded oasis.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and snacks - all it’s missing is you!

The space
During the warm months, guests can enjoy numerous activities, such as a neighborhood golf and frisbee golf course, lake access, swimming beach, and nearby hiking biking and off-roading trails. When the weather turns colder, snuggle by the fire and relax. No matter what type of adventure you’re looking for, our lake cabin is a treat to visit any time of year.

While on a drive on a summer afternoon in 2016, we drove by a sad, abandoned lake cabin in University Park. A year later, we were moving in after remodeling the whole thing!

We loved the neighborhood so much we bought a bigger house just a mile away to accommodate our growing family - and then decided to buy one more house to share with people. We’re so excited to share our cabins with people and give them a reason to love Manhattan and our neighborhood like we do!
