Quiet neighborhood. Close to Toluca Lake. Walking distance to the Metro Station and North Hollywood shoping center -NoHo Art District (5min drive,23 min walk). Close to Universal Studios (8 min) and the Burbank Airport (9min). There is a security camera in the Front driveway and one in the backyard.
