Peaceful 260 sq ft modern-meets-rustic off-grid retreat on 20 acres with lake access near the Wayne, Maine town line. A five minute walk into the woods will lead guests to a custom tiny house tucked away with the most basic amenities and 'just enough' space to unplug. (Note: the house is not on the water; private guest water frontage is an 8 minute walk from the house.)

The space
*Please note, this house is NOT equipped with electricity, WiFi, or running water (no shower). Guests are expected to bring their own linens or sleeping bags and drinking water, and are required to leave the place as nice (or nicer) than how they find it. (Linens may be provided for an additional $20–please inquire!)

Two Cedar Tiny House can accommodate 4 guests, but is ideal for 1-2.

Guests will have access to a small cart or sled to transport materials to the house, which is about a 5 minute walk from the parking area. Backpacks are recommended!

House has a full service kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, dry goods, spices, sink (with drain), and a gas cooktop (no oven). An outdoor propane grill and fire pit are also on site for guest use. A vented propane space heater easily heats the space.

We do provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Rechargeable lanterns and phone charging stations are also included for guest use.

Books, games, and puzzles are available for entertainment. There is a perimeter trail on the property that leads guests to private lake access for outdoor pursuits. Two kayaks and a pedal boat are provided with life jackets.

We will send detailed directions regarding your stay just prior to arrival.

Guest access
A 3/4 mile loop trail cuts through the property and leads guests to private, waterfront access on Wilson Pond and loops back to the parking area and Two Cedar trail.
