Bright apartment with covered terrace in a very green and quiet area but close to the center; its location is ideal to live just outside the limited traffic area, but 15' walk from Piazzale Michelangelo and the characteristic neighborhood of San Niccolò, 20' from Santa Croce; the old town is easily reachable by walking along the Arno River or in a few minutes by bus.

The space
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a small building of the early 1930s, in the area of the historic center outside the walls, subject to landscape constraints; completely renovated, it maintains the granite floors and the original fixtures.
