Dedicated workspace

A common area with wifi that’s well suited for working.
Very close to shopping and restaruants , close to Highway 99, full kitchen and has a gas barbecue grill in the back patio. Plenty of sleeping area, and has a extra roll a way bed in closet . Great for working travels , nurses, multiple groups, or anyone looking for a nice home away from home.

The space
Nice floor plan and guest have entire house to themselves, there are 4 separate bedrooms. . All bedrooms have darkening curtains for a good nights sleep and great for sleeping in and daytime sleepers. Walking distance less than a mile to grocery stores restaurants, and shopping center.

Guest access
Entire house. Nice backyard area great for grilling outdoors. Also i have a area in the backyard for outside smoking ok.

Other things to note
A good place to visit while your stay in Turlock, Dust Bowl Brewery Taproom located 3000 Fulkerth Rd. just a few miles from the house. Also has a full restaurant and originated in Turlock, Ca. and yes they brew there own beer and its super fresh and real good.
If you like authentic Indian food there is a real close restaurant called Punjab Express, it is a bit small and not fancy at all , but the food reminds me of how my mother would cook.
