Comfortable and in the perfect location. If you are looking for a small apartment for one or 2 people situated downtown this is your chance !
The flat is luminous, charming and cosy, situated right on Ste-Catherine street.
High ceiling. Two rooms separated by a french doors and frosted windows. Two large windows light the apartment all day. Perfect for a couple or a single person, since there is only one bed. The space is luminous, small but well organized, and its peaceful vintage look will make you forget you are downtown.
I have to mention that it is a small building with 2 staircases (24 steps) but no elevator.
Be aware that the neighborhood is lively and exciting but it can also be noisier than your average bed and breakfast. (earmuffs are provided)
- The living room includes a loveseat, a dining table, 3 chairs, a cooking station with blender, toaster, espresso machine, a turntable, an electric guitar (I bet you play better than I do).
- The bedroom has a double size bed, with space in the wardrobe, a little desk, few books and vinyls: feel free to explore!
-The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice meal at home, although to save the space, there is no microwave, you will have to heat it the old way: with the oven!
- The Bathroom has a bath with a shower, towels, toilet paper, q-tips, hair dryer, laundry soap (easy to cary to the laundromat), bin for dirty clothes (also transportable to the laundromat), small cabinet, shampoo and shower gel.
The apartment has air conditioning during summer.

The apartment is situated right in the action! 5 mins from Crescent, Peel and Bishop Streets... were the nightlife happens!
The shopping district is all around you.
There is many restaurants and Irish pubs all around. You are 2 streets away from the Grand Prix district.
A few blocs away are all the trendy coffee shops, antique boutiques, fine restaurants and Atwater Market, Griffintown and St-Henri trendy and hip neighbourhoods.
Getting to the apartment from the Airport:
15 mins bus ride from the airport.
The cab ride is 40$
There is a Car-2-Go Parking next to the building.
Parking is doable, but not cheap during the day. (3$ an hour from 9am to 10pm), free spaces are available in the surroundings but you got to be lucky.
Bus stops all around that can bring you to Mont-Royal park, Mile-End, Vieux Montreal and Business District in less than 10mins.
2 mins walk from green line metro station and 7min walk from the orange line. (the 2 main lines in Montreal, it deserve the entire city from south to north and east to west)
