Marnie is a modern penthouse two floor apartment with its own private (heated for a small fee) swimming pool and terrace. With stunning views of Kalkan bay and the mountains. It benefits from an excellent central location for the town, set back enough from the main street to also be quiet and relaxing and only a 3 minute stroll into the old town, with many bars and restaurants & shops.

The space
Marnie has a parking space for 1 car, and on street parking in Kalkan is free, however a car isn’t necessary due to the excellent location of the apartment, if required we can organise airport transfers for you from Dalaman or Antalya airports.

Marnie is also located close to bus and taxi ranks to explore the area, including Patara beach which is one of the worlds top 10 beaches! You can also explore the area by boat from the harbour with daily trips.

Inside Marnie there is a main open plan living room on the upper floor, which opens out onto the poolside sun terrace. Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. On the lower floor are two very spacious bedrooms with big windows and sliding doors out onto the balconies. On this floor is a shower bathroom to share & a washing machine.

Outside is a shaded comfy dining area with table for 6 and a BBQ. By the pool are 4 comfortable sun beds. There is a choice of sun or shade throughout the day. By the pool is a getaway space for 2 people for extra peace and quite with cushions and pillows.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment and private roof top pool which isn’t overlooked at all.

Check in / out times are to allow sufficient time to thoroughly clean with the current situation. Earlier / later times may be possible depending on other bookings.

Other things to note
There is a water cooler provided with a bottle ready to use, replacement bottles can be ordered through our property management company and delivered to you.

Marnie is close to everything you need in Kalkan, shops are just outside the apartment really and close to the old town too for the evening or shopping. Also close to bus stops and taxi ranks if you want to go and explore the wider area, our recommendation is Patara beach.

Hi We are Carly & Chris. We have been together for over 10 years and recently got married in 2019, we love getting around and finding new places to holiday. Kalkan has always had a soft spot with us as it's just so magical, its also where we got engaged and had our engagement and wedding rings made. I, Chris, work in Theatre and live events, Carly is a dog walker and loves being outside and exploring new places.
