This enormous converted barge has been fitted with 6 modern bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and power showers, allowing it to accommodate up to 16 people across 6 bedrooms over 3 floors.
There are ample large social spaces both inside and outside . The Barge is accessed via its own entrance, straight off the car park.
2 upstairs dining tables seating 8 guests each. 3 large sofas in the lounge one of which is a sofa bed.

The space
Six en-suite double or triple bedrooms depending on your requirements. 4 identical en-suite double rooms downstairs with the recently completed 5th bedroom which also has the largest en suite bathroom and is at the back of the barge adjacent to the cinema room. The 1st bedroom is immediately on the left as you walk onto the barge and is the easiest to access for any guests with mobility worries. It has the view of the yacht club and front deck seating area. There are two sets of stairs at each end of the barge both next to exit doors letting out to the two sun decks. The lounge is huge with tv and music system .

We have 6 en-suite bedrooms available. Some are doubles and some are triples.

Price is based on minimum 2 people per room for groups of 8 and under.

We are unable to accept bookings where the booker is under 25 years old . We also need positive reviews on the bookers profile for younger groups

The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out may impact the next guests check in and cause us problems with our cleaning schedule. If you require a later check out it may be possible on request depending on our occupancy.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat

Smoking is strictly prohibited

both inside and on deck, there are smoking areas immediately next to the barge at the bar/restaurant. Any evidence of smoking on the barge or on deck will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

We are here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible so anything you need just ask! We’ve been hosting guests on Airbnb for over 10 years and pride ourselves on the reviews we get from our guests many of whom have been back to stay many times.

All of our toilets are macerators. They will block if anything apart from the loo roll we provide is flushed. Fixing blockages is expensive and impacts our next guests stay .

Neighbourhood highlights

This duplex barge is located on the waterfront within walking distance of Liverpool city centre. All major attractions and night life are close by. The area is perfect for groups of all types from families to Stag/Hen groups to business or football travellers. There are all sorts of fun activities on the doorstep, from go-karting a few minutes away to the trendy Baltic Market, the M&S arena, Water sports centre and Albert Dock there are a plethora of things to do, if you can get yourself away from the Marina which a lovely and relaxing environment in itself. The bar/restaurant is run by Bernie and his team and provides hearty meals and drinks, all at discounted rates for our guests. The Barge latest addition is the cinema /chillout room which is perfect for movies, gaming and football! 



The Baltic market is home to some of Liverpool’s trendiest bars and restaurants such as Cains Brewery, the home to the Peaky Blinder’s themed bar, all the way to the market itself where you can revise your style and come out feeling fresh. As you go deeper into the Baltic Triangle there is no shortage of live music and events such as Bongo’s Bingo or Camp and Furnace and if none of that takes your fancy, the city centre is a 20 minute walk from the Barge where nothing is impossible!

Hi. I am Jenny.For almost all stays we will be there when you arrive and will check you in and show you around. If you are arriving late we will be at the end of the phone for any help you need. We have a lockbox for self check in if that’s your preference. In these instances we would pop round when you are settled if we can help you with anything at all.
