A Contemporary open concept Lake House, with a pool. Tile floors throughout. Bedroom has all new furniture and a TV with a Roku. Kitchen is newly remolded with all new appliances. Smoking is permitted outside the house and there is Plenty of seating and a couple tables out there for relaxing while looking at the lake (amazing views), there are also sun-tanning chairs as well. The bathroom and living spaces are shared but the bedroom is completely private with a turn lock inside the room.

Nestled in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is great, even living this close to the Casino we never have any issues. I walk around the neighborhood at night and have had no problems, also have had no complaints in that regard. There is a couple food and convenience stores near and also walking distance.
