Tom is really friendly host. The communication was great and accurate. The only thing was too expensive maybe because of the Oktoberfest. Its really close to Oktoberfest, restaurant and supermarket. The house is a little bit dusty, but its not a problem for one night staying.

Toms apartment really is perfectly located for everyone who enjoys Munich during Octoberfest. Walking distance! Getting to city center is easy once you find your way to the next U-Bahn. Bakery (awesome breakfast at Café Schuntner up the road!), restaurants, bars, grocery shopping is just around the corner. Plus, while we were there, we spent hours browsing through a neighborhood flea market, that happens once in a while. Since we were looking for a place, where our almost 2 years old boy would feel comfy, we were more than happy to find Toms apartment on Airbnb, which showed pictures of a kids room. Our son was blown away by the amount of Lego and toy cars! ;-) However, personally, it was a little too "artsy" messy for me. A little bit more cleaning here and there, and I sure would like to come back on my next trip to this beautiful city! PS: Thank you, Tom, for being successfully helpful with the WLAN problem we started out with. :-)

We enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. The location is fairly central and very convenient, with U-bahn station, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The flat itself is clean and cosy, quiet and well heated. The best part for us is the nursery room, as there are plenty of toys to keep our little boy entertained in the evening. Tom is very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend his place, especially if you are travelling with a young child.

Toms flat was one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb. He walked with me to go and get my lederhosen up the street and let me use his bike. Such a cool Friendly guy. The place itself was amazing and could walk to Oktoberfest. Next year I hope his place is still available. 5

We felt very welcome in toms apartment. He was a great host and waited for us to arrive till midnight. Huge thanks.

We had a really nice stay in Tom's apartment, which is well located - in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway station Implerstraße. Tom was really accomodating and easy-going.
