Where you’ll be

MIDTOWN ATLANTA
The home is right by everything that’s fun in the city and walking distance to everything Midtown has to offer. You'll find shopping, dining, and numerous other sites as Piedmont Park, the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, the High Museum of Art, the Center for Puppetry Arts, The Fabulous Fox Theatre, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Ponce City Market, and much more. One of Atlanta's star attractions, Piedmont Park is Atlanta's largest and most historic greenspace, and is only a few steps away. Try award winning restaurants such as Empire State South, South City Kitchen, The Vortex (for amazing burgers!), Fadó, Ra Sushi, Princi Italia, Cafe Intermezzo, and so many more than we could list here... all within walking distance. For coffee, you'll find Caribou Coffee, Dancing Goats Coffee, and three (yes, three!) Starbucks within a ten minute walking radius. Midtown is a very culturally diverse neighborhood, hosting one of the largest Gay Pride events in the country each October. For those involved in productions linked to LGBT themes, it is important to emphasize that along the edges of the residential neighborhood you'll find Blake's on the Park, TEN Atlanta, the Atlanta Eagle, and My Sister’s Room, some of Atlanta's most popular LGBT bars. Midtown Tavern, Joe's on Juniper, Einstein's (NOT the bagel place!), Campagnolo, Henry's, 10P and G's Midtown Gastropub are only a few of our gay-owned and -operated restaurants speckles throughout Midtown.

Hello! My husband Ben and I recently made the decision to pack up our Brooklyn home of the past decade, close the door on a finance job in NYC and come down to ATL to scale our boutique property management company Minty Living. Minty Living is premised on high design and uncompromising standards and is a testament to our values of family first and the opportunity to work together professionally. We thrive on making unparalleled experiences for our guests that offer the same exacting standards we carry for comfort, service and care whenever exploring the world. We are so excited host as well as visit others who are as passionate about travel and comfort as we are. We are all about finding the authentic experience to be had in any locale and believe there's no better way than through the lens of someone who lives there. You can find me in my off hours hanging with my two kids and mean dogs. All the best, Sidra
