Luib house is centrally situated by the roadside and at the foot of Glas Bheinn Mhor with breathtaking views over Loch Ainort from every bedroom.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families.

Guests can walk across the road and down grass to the shore which takes approx 5 minutes.

The house has the feel of a traditional croft cottage with all the amenities of the modern day.

The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

The space
The house is semi-detached but extremely spacious with large rooms and garden.

Featuring one king room, one double room and one family room which includes two double beds. All bedding is of luxury quality to ensure the perfect nights sleep.

The two upstairs bedrooms are en-suite and the ground floor bedroom is next to the main bathroom. The house will sleep up to 8 people with 1 King bed and 3 double beds.

There is a shared private car-park beside the house with space for 2 guest cars.

Guest access
Luib House is two separate semi-detached properties. We live on one side with our two Beagles.

The only shared areas are the back garden and the car park. We do our best to leave the front garden entirely to our guests.

Other things to note
Please be aware that we live next door and share the back garden, we have two friendly Beagles who we keep away from guests.

We have a strict no pets policy for guests. Guests that arrive with pets will be asked to leave and denied any refund.
