Welcome to my family friendly two bedroom apartment near Seven Dials in the heart of Brighton and Hove! My flat is ideally located in one of the most desirable areas of the city, with close proximity to both the seafront and local attractions. The St Ann's Well Gardens is a wonderful park only a couple of minutes away, so you can enjoy everything Brighton has to offer.
Enjoy a home away from home experience and have a relaxing stay!

The space
My property has an amazing location right in the heart of Brighton and Hove, where you can experience the best of both worlds - the bustling city centre is a stroll away, whilst you get to enjoy the residential area of Seven Dials and its undeniable charm. A short 10 minute walk to to the beach, the apartment is designed with comfort in mind, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring everything that Brighton has to offer.
This modern flat boast a living room with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a designated working desk. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up meals if you prefer to stay in and cook, however there is plenty of fabulous eateries nearby. The master bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a double bed fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury. There is also an additional bedroom with a single bed for a third guest with ample storage for your belongings. The bathroom has a shower over bath and comes with plush towels and hotel sized toiletries.
It is the perfect place to spend some quality time in the city by the sea!

EXTRAS:

EARLY CHECK- IN/ LATE CHECK- OUT
- We can arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, this would cost up to £40 depending how early/late you wanted to check in/out. These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please inquire. Also, if guests check themselves in early or check out late then there is a charge of £50 for this.

TRAVEL COT
- We can provide a travel cot if needed, we do not provide the mattress just the travel cot itself. Also, please note that these are first come, first serve, and may not be available, there is a £30 charge for this. Our apologies but we do not provide high chairs.

PARKING
- Guests can use permit holders spaces at night from 8pm-9am then guests can use; pay and display on street parking nearby or NCP car parks around Brighton and Hove. Best to check Parkopedia or the Brighton council parking web pages. Guests may also want to book a private car parking space for themselves instead. Lastly, some roads are permit holder only from 10:00am-11:00am and then again from 7pm-8pm. Please check road signs for confirmation of chargeable hours.

GUESTS LEFT ITEM BEHIND
- There is a charge of £30 (plus postage and packaging) for any item left behind by the guest that they want posting or dropping off to them, or if they want to come back and collect.

Neighbourhood highlights

Seven Dials is one of the most desirable areas in town, with a wide selection of shops and pubs.

Hove is quieter and more residential than Brighton, although it has many great cafés, bars and restaurants, and is good to come back to after a busy day in Brighton.
The beach in Hove is lined with the famous colourful beach huts. Hove has some fantastic Regency architecture, especially along the seafront and areas like Palmeira Square.


Brighton has a thriving café and restaurant culture, especially around the bustling Lanes with its many independent shops, bars and eateries. Churchill Square shopping mall is located in the city centre.

Closer to the beach, there is the pier, the Sealife Aquarium and the i360 – the world's tallest moving observation platform! It has a long stretch of seafront bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and galleries, with arcades, outside entertainment and many children's activities. Brighton has something for everyone!

The spectacular Royal Pavilion is a must see landmark, and there are plenty of galleries, museums, parks and events all year round!
The stunning South Downs are a short drive away and are ideal for a walk, bike ride or picnic.
