The space
The building and space was carefully constructed for maximum comfort. As the developers we took great care to not only make the building ultra energy efficiency but also took steps to mitigate for sound pollution in order to deliver a comfortable ultra quiet space for our guests away from the urban cacophony.
You will have access to the full apartment which includes everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a nice outdoor private deck for use by guests of this unit with beautiful views of New Center and the Fisher building. The buildings location is conveniently located just half a block from the Amsterdam Q line stop on Woodward as well as 3 blocks from Wayne State University, DIA and museum district, two blocks from the Piquiette plant, CCS, Henry Ford and everything that Midtown and New Center has to offer.
Occupancy is limited to two guests and we ask guests to please be respectful of our long term residents who also reside in the building. Free street parking is available on Harper or off John R. NO PARKING IN REAR LOT.

The apartment is an independent private unit. It has its own living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There is laundry in the unit available for guest use. feel free to message me via the app. I am fairly easy to reach.
