The cabin was built with love, sweat and tears by myself and two friends last year. It was since home to family. They’ve now fleed the nest for hotter seas and it’s available for short-term weekend stays.

The space
I built this cabin with two friends with the intention of it being used for small Gatherings and as a creative space.

It is South facing meaning the morning light is beautiful. Perfect for a yoga session or breakfast/coffee on the deck before heading to the beach.

We are also removed from any light pollution so the stars and milky way light up overhead, fulls moon are lucid and dreamy.

I recycled most of the materials for the build and repurposed them which means it is truly a unique and one of a kind space.

Rustic, natural, old&new, minimal, cozy, in nature, peaceful, tranquil the list goes on.

There is a mezzanine with a double bed and window looking out over the valley and a futon double bed below. A living space with a few armchairs and kitchen.

A wood burning stove keeps it's warm.

I built it on a deck which surrounds it and it has a outdoor seating area completely private nested under the trees with a BBQ and bridge leading to the compost loo which looks out over the horse filled fields.

Below the deck is a fire pit and benches, the garden is 1acre and you're more than welcome to look around. We have a small permaculture garden and grow food so if you have any questions ask away.

Perfect for a romantic weekend, small gathering for some craic with friends, ceremony or for surfers looking for a place to stay for a night while the the surf is up at the local Magheramore.

There is not yet hot water so we do not have a shower. If this is an issue please let us know.

We live in the hills above Magheramore beach on an acre plot permaculture garden.

Our garden is looking out over the Wicklow Mountains and the sunsets are epic.

There is a woods across the road and coilte woods on the other side of the valley.

We are 5 mins from wicklow town thriving with lovely spots for food and some craic.

We are also 5 mins from the M50 and on the doorstep to the garden of Ireland.

There are endless adventures in the surrounding areas and we can give you tips on lots of great spots to check out.
