The apartment has just been completely renovated, with floor, tiles, sinks, bathrooms, furniture and appliances, all brand new!

The space
Triplex apartment, you leave the car on the ground floor, go up to the 1st floor where is a cozy living room with TV and sea view. On the other side are the dining room and full kitchen. In the background are the service area and a full bathroom.
On the 2nd floor you have 2 very large bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and optionally another single mattress, and in the other bedroom 2 bunk beds, one of them with 1 auxiliary bed. On this floor you have a very large and comfortable bathroom.
The wifi works well with a speed of 60 Mbps and makes it possible to work or study remotely.
Vacancy for a vehicle within the condominium and there are usually free vacancies in the street in front of the condominium.

The condominium is in front of Father's Supermarket on Perequê-Mirim Beach, right in front of the highway.
