Located in the center of the village of Saint-Brisson, the 3* cottage, has been for many years the friendly place to meet.The main room, former restaurant room and bar (55 m2) on the ground floor, still has its bar (pressure available option)and a baby football. The other rooms have been renovated to accommodate 7 to 14 people very comfortably. Large rooms of 14-15m2. A smoking area is available. A garden below, closed with swing for children. 4G

The space
The house is located in the center of the village near the church and the St.Brisson's Festive Hall.
On the ground floor is a large room of 55 m2 with a bar.
The bar area has preserved the vestiges of its former activity thanks to the original table football and bar stools.
The dining room has been transformed into a living-dining room with sofas and television. The former professional kitchen has been replaced by a spacious kitchen of 15 m2.
A small smoking patio allows not to be outside in the cold.

Three bedrooms (1-2-3) of 14-15m2 served by a corridor. A large bathroom(shower), sink and toilet.
