This newer pool home is only a few minutes from beautiful white sand beach. Furniture is of high quality and living area is huge. Kitchen has granite counter tops, nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Heated pool and hot tub are covered by screened in patio. Neighborhood has a private beach access only two lots from property. Kayak rentals are available nearby to explore Indian River. Orlando attractions are only 60 miles west so day trips are easy.
