Dear Ej, it is unfortunate you hadn't got in touch with me during your stay to let me know you needed help. This is the message I sent you less than two hours after your check-in:
"Hi Ej, hope everything went fine with your check in procedure. I just wanted to make sure you are comfortable .

Had you contacted me, I could have helped you solve at least some of the issues you have reported. Instead, no requests for help came. I could have brought you our portable air conditioner ( we usually do not get 25°C this time of the year , but we are ready to face the hot summer).
Also, I could have called the manager of the building to find out what was going on upstairs ( no other guests complained about him so far). We have regular meetings with the manager, in fact I will bring up the question in our next meeting on May 3rd.
Finally, you may not have noticed that we have a tray with all spices in the kitchen, in the counter above the refrigerator, as well as Nespresso coffee pods, tea, sugar and else.
I regret not having been able to help you sort out these things, maybe a better communication from your side would have helped me do so.
