Nicely remodeled, pet friendly, 1 bedroom 2 bathroom with an additional sleeping area. Crestview 55 is bright and tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay in Mammoth Lakes. The condo is all one level. Take the stairs from the parking garage to the first floor and enter the condo from a hallway. The condo has an open floor plan living room with a comfortable couch and chair, TV with cable and streaming of all your favorite services such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc, and an electric fireplace. The couch has a sofa bed for additional sleeping. The nice dining area has seating for 4 people and is open to the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and all you need to prepare meals or simply open a bottle of wine. The living room has access to a private balcony with partial mountain views. The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a large window and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a separate sink area, shower/tub combo and is beautifully tiled. There is a private separate sleeping area with a queen size bed and remodeled second bathroom just beyond the kitchen. There is one assigned parking space in the parking garage (6'6" maximum height) and a few additional outdoor parking spots. A private ski locker is provided just off the parking garage for #55 so you can store skis, snowboards, boots, etc. Crestview offers a hot tub and small rec room. Enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer in this upgraded condo, with good views, excellent location to start skiing at Canyon Lodge or walk to The Village for dinner and shopping. The Blue Line shuttle to Canyon Lodge picks up at the edge of the parking lot. Not far from the lakes basin and beautiful mountain hikes.
