Seeking big-hearted, tidy Goodwood-goers, Chichester-visiting professionals and adventurers who are excited to explore this beautiful part of the world that I am proud to call home.

Close to Chichester city centre, the Festival Theatre, Goodwood. Easily accessible from the A27, 20 min walk into Chichester, 20 min drive to the white sands of the Witterings, or 10 min to the South Downs.

The space
Relax and rest in your bright, spacious double bedroom, complete with new bed linen and towels, hanging and surface space for your belongings.

Your private bathroom, across the landing from your bedroom, offers a bath with shower attachment, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

There is secure space to store a bicycle during your stay, if you wish.

Quiet please between 10pm and 6am.

My five-year old detached home is on the edge of a quiet housing development.

My home is close to Chichester city centre, Chichester Festival Theatre and Goodwood (a five minute drive) - ideal for the motor circuit (including world-famous events - the Festival of Speed and Revival), golf and the racecourse (home to Glorious Goodwood). The South Downs and Witterings beaches are within a 20 minute drive.

There is some restriction-free parking outside the house and there is also a lay-by across the road from the house, available for parking on a first come-first served basis.
