The bright apartment is located at the beginning of Andriyivskyy Descent in Podil, one of the oldest districts in Kyiv close to the Mohyla Academy. The environment known for its bars, coffee shops, restaurants etc. A supermarket is around the corner. Easy to access Volodomorsky Park by cable car and Khreshatyk is no more than a 15-minutes walk away. The 75 sqm apartment is the ideal place for families and couples.

The space
The apartment with three rooms, kitchen and a small bathroom was recently renovated and got fully equipped with new furnitures. It also has internet connection (100 KB/s good enough for streaming) and a SmartTV with the typical streaming apps pre-installed. The flat is cosy and warm in winter — for two digits sub zero degrees there is an additional electric stove; and for hot summer nights there is air conditioning in both dormitories.
