Private in law suite on 2 acre wooded setting in Bainbridge Twp., just minutes to historic Chagrin Falls and easy access to freeway to head downtown to explore downtown Cleveland. Suite has full kitchen, private bath with walk-in shower, 1 bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet, covered parking, patio area with fire pit. Main home is occupied by hosts and suite has private entrance but shared laundry room (available for extended stays) that connects main home to suite with locking doors.

The space
Main home is occupied, suite is attached to back with private entrance, covered parking, kitchen with all cooking needs, large bathroom with walk in shower, laundry room is shared, smart tv's in bedroom and living room, too many amenities to list.

Guest access
Guests can use covered carport steps away from your private entrance, and large driveway area for parking of bigger vehicles, explore 2 acre yard and woods with creek and beautiful rock formations.

Other things to note
Pool and rear deck/yard/firepit available upon request and is shared space.

Service Dog Requests-
Thank you for your interest in our home. It would be our pleasure to host you and your service animal!

Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
(1) Which guest requires a service animal?
(2) Is the assistance animal required because of a disability?
(3) What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house.

We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage(s) caused by people or the service animal.

If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.

In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Finally, below are some rules so that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing:

•Your Service Dog may not be left unattended. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES).

•Please provide an advanced copy of your Service Animal rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). You may scan or post a picture in this thread.

•Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.

•Please walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up defecation immediately (Including those done outdoors). Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can at the front of the house. Animal waste left outside will incur a fee so please clean up after the service animal🙏.

•Service Animals may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed)or counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If required, please report so that we can arrange additional cleaning.
