Your condo is only steps away from popular hiking trails and a 10–20 minute drive to our world famous ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain.

A few minutes down the road are popular coffee shops and 4.5+ star restaurants that serve some of the best food you'll find in the Colorado Rockies.

The space
Like a picture pulled right out of a magazine, this beautifully re-done Condo comes with free Wi-Fi and brand new amenities including dual washer/dryer, Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, classic wood burning fireplace, endless kitchen appliances, bar area, Traeger grill, and more.

The in-unit laundry room is perfect for hanging up your outdoor gear after a long day on the slopes. The full-bathroom is also newly renovated and stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, and more. The guest room includes twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk beds, which sleeps a minimum of 5 total. The master bedroom includes a cloud-like plush king-size bed that’s so comfortable, you may not ever want to get out of bed! Need extra sleep space? The cozy living room couch also includes a pull out queen-size bed for an extra guest when needed.

Take advantage of the open concept layout kitchen with modern appliances, or relax in the small bar area with a cocktail at hand. Step onto your private wooden deck to take in the fresh air and winter wonderland views around you. Enjoy cooking on your private Traeger Grill as well after a long day of skiing or shopping.

A local bus just 2 minutes from your front door will take skiers/guests into the town and/or resorts. Hikers love the multiple trailheads of Wildernest that’s also conveniently located right outside your door. Free parking is available for up 2 cars (parking passes will be provided).

Please note my personal dog occasionally visits the property when the condo is not booked, in case you or your guests have dog allergies (which may exist).
