Located just steps from the beautiful beaches of Los Lagos in El Cotillo, this bright and welcoming apartment is designed for relaxed coastal living and unforgettable days by the ocean.

One of its most special features is the connection with the surrounding landscape. The apartment offers two private balconies: one facing east with open views towards the volcanic scenery, and another west-facing balcony perfect for enjoying the warm afternoon light and peaceful island sunsets.
