This cozy bedroom unit is centrally located in Bacolod City. It is within walking distance to Masskara festivities (Lacson St, Bacolod City Plaza & Capitol Lagoon) and to the Premier 888 Mall with restaurants, grocery, shops, pharmacy, ATM, and pasalubong stores (Bongbong’s and Merzci).

Jollibee and Bacolod Chicken inasal restaurant (by Chicken Deli) are just a block away.

SM City Mall and Ayala Capitol Central Mall are just a few minutes away by jeepney.

The space
KAWZY Korner Room #2 is an airconditioned bedroom unit with a premium quality double bed that comfortably sleeps 2 and with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests also. We can also add one more single floor mattress for the 5th guest in your group.

A total of 5 guests can sleep in this cozy private room.

PLS NOTE: Listed price is good for 2 guests only. Additional charge applies to 3 additional guests if booking for 5. Please indicate the exact number of guests when booking to see the total price.

Default bed set-up is for 2 guests only (1 double bed). Additional beds will be setup based on the number of additional guests.

For 3-4 guests, we set-up the sofa bed into semi-double bed for 2.

For 5 guests, we place an extra bed mattress on the floor for 1.

Our spacious bathroom comes with a high quality water closet, porcelain lavatory, mirror, and hot & cold shower.

Wifi by PLDT Fiber Internet Access is available.

For safety purposes, smoking and cooking are not allowed in the room/building. There is no kitchen in the unit.

The Building

This bedroom space is located on the 3rd floor of Wilrose Building (no elevator). This is a commercial building but its third floor is converted to bedspace/airbnb private rooms.

On Sundays, between 7pm and 9pm, there is a Live Harana Show on the fourth floor. Please expect noise during this time.

There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a self-service laundry shop right at the adjacent building.
