Serena was a fantastic host! She spent a great deal of time describing things to do in the surrounding area, including the San Georgio (URL HIDDEN) is absolutely worth the hike in the 33 degree heat to sit and enjoy a glass of vino and take in the breathtaking views. Another must do is the open air opera in Verona!

It was a perfect stay for us with our dog! Serena is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful house with garden and parking area among wineyards is cosy and comfortable. It's not large, but really well designed. Lounge chairs, grill, dinner and coffee tables at terrace, all this makes stay in Ca'Spina enjoyable. It wasn't a problem to locate house(maybe GPS became better). Also now there is internet. There are lot of attractive places both cultural and natural. Big national parks to hike, Garda lake to relax, Verona to admire and much more. We had no problems during stay, and definitely would recommend Serena and Ca'Spina

That was a perfect stay. Sant'Ambrogio is beautiful and quiet, very close to everything one might want to visit in Valpolicella and well situated for exploring Veneto, and so is Serena's little house: both comfortable and beautiful. Serena welcomed us as if we were dearest friends, very kind, helpful and nice. Thank you so much! the time flied way too fast, so I hope to come back sometime.

Dear Olga, it has been a pleasure to have you here at Ca'Spina. I would also like to thank you for your kind words describing my little sweet home. Nothing makes me happier, than to hear my guests enjoying their time in Valpolicella. We are very lucky to have such a great and interesting area surrounding. While hoping to see you again at Ca'Spina, I wish to extend you my best wishes and regards.

Ca Spina was lovely! It is small, but perfect if you want to get away from it all in a small village in the Valpolicella region. We were late arriving as we were caught in traffic, but Serena was still very welcoming. Although the house is small, there is extensive outdoor space which is protected by electric gates so feels very secure. We caught the bus into Verona which only took about 30 mins, but you really need a car in this area. The small village is within walking distance with a couple of bars and restaurants. As others have said, the house is quite difficult to find! There is no internet at the property, which was a minor issue for us, but we would still highly recommend Serena and Ca Spina.

Ca'Spina was better than I expected - we loved the design and the style of the place - it's small but perfect for a young couple with or without a child. it was hard to find (even with GPS) but Serena was very helpful - I sent her a text message 15 minutes before I arrived and we met her on the way and drove after her. Serena is very kind, she had a lot of information about the area and she even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift - that was a nice surprise :)

Salve! Ciao a presto!
