Private lake house right on Lake Greenwood. This recently remodeled guest house has one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and a large main room with a huge sectional sofa. Strong WIFI. 50" tv: Roku/Netflix/Hulu equipped. Enjoy 128ft of lakeshore including a fire pit, concrete pier, pergola seating area, beach, swimming area in lake, and putting green.

2 Kayaks available, free to use.
20ft pontoon for rent based on availability.

The space
This cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed. The sectional sofa can be used for sleeping, and there is an air mattress, if needed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. There is a kitchenette which has everything a kitchen offers except an oven and stove. However, we do provide a hot plate with a pot and a pan.

**If you are looking for more space with a full kitchen and/or a washer and dryer, we have two other listings for this property: a listing which includes this guest house/property plus the main house and is called “Lakefront Home and Cabin on Lake Greenwood.” This sleeps up to 10. The second listing is for the main house on this property only (no guest house) and sleeps up to 6.
