The space
This modern apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator, located in front of the tram stop 19 and in an area full of services: with a supermarket, bars, restaurants, all kind of clubs within a hundred meters . Thanks to its conformation and to the large and bright spaces, furnished with care and refinement, Lumina Suite accommodates up to seven guests in maximum comfort. The house consists of a double bedroom, which overlooks a balcony, a triple room, a dining area with an open kitchen, a neighboring balcony, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa bed. The entire house is served by the latest generation of air conditioning and central heating. Maximum privacy is guaranteed, thanks to the presence of double glazing and reinforced door. The equipment of the house includes: unlimited fiber optic wifi connection, two TVs, washing machine and dishwasher. For those who travel by car: free parking in the street throughout the neighborhood.

Casa da Suite Lumina is located a few steps from the famous and futuristic area of Fiera Milano City and is it palced on the direct continuation of Corso Sempione, the broad tree-lined avenue prospectively pointing to the Arch of Peace (where the street is pedestrianized and today hosts a of clubs, restaurants and pubs for all tastes, becoming one of the centers of Milanese nightlife). Historically, it remains the first section of the road built in the Napoleonic era to connect Milan to Paris. The heart of Fiera Milano City can be reached on foot, in less than 15 minutes on a pleasant walk. Here is a new city center, the most modern concept of an avant-garde city, a mix of green spaces, spectacular residences and very high skyscrapers. For architecture lovers it is an authentic apotheosis. Stand out on all the three towers of the homonymous square: Generali Tower (nicknamed Lo Storto), 177 meters high and characterized by its torsion shape, Allianz Tower (nicknamed the Straight), 209 meters high, crowned by the Madonna as the most high of the city and finally PWC Tower (nicknamed Il Curvo), 175 meters high, famous for appearing folded in on itself. Within the district there is the CityLife Shopping District, the largest urban shopping center in Italy, with over 100 shops, developed on an area of 32,000 square meters, from an idea of the archistar Zaha Hadid.
In the immediate vicinity, there is also the new Portello Shopping Center (where Alfa Romeo factories stood up until the 1980s): a veritable shopping paradise, with 6 restaurants, boutiques, clothing and accessories stores, bookstores and a hypermarket open all days, including Sundays, until 10 pm. On foot you can also reach Casa Milan, the new home of the oldest football team in Milan, a required point of interest for football fans and its history.
In front of the apartment there is an Esselunga supermarket, open 7 days a week and always well stocked.
For tennis lovers, and not only, the neighborhood also offers a real institution of Milanese sport: the Tennis Club Milano Alberto Bonacossa (via Arimondi, 15), with 16 tennis courts (12 are covered in the winter), swimming pool, soccer field with synthetic grass and gym with a fitness room equipped with the latest generation machinery.
