Patsy has been a terrific host. The location, for us, was just right. A short ride to UT, the downtown, and walking distance to Mueller park. The neighborhood was quiet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

This was a great find. My friend and I planned this trip with very short notice and Patsy was very nice & accommodating. Communication prior to check-in was great as she was very respite messages. She informed me that her son Tim would host me. He, too, was very helpful. About the place: it was great, small adorable little guest house that felt very spacious. It is clean and has everything a person can need. Thank you all, Patsy/Tim. Hope to come back soon.

The location was centrally located but felt like you were in a private secluded location $11 Get Me ride to downtown. The host left a few delicacies to welcome us with

Patricia's apartment offers a very private stay and she's an incredibly considerate host. The driveway is particularly difficult to back out of, so be ready for that challenge. The apartment was very musty smelling, the whole two weeks we spent there. There are no screens on the windows and plenty of bugs flying around so you can't open up the rooms to air them out. I discovered mold in the A/C unit and a few roaches in the bathroom, which made us more than ready to leave when our stay was up. There's no true stove in this kitchen, just a hotplate and a microwave, which was a surprise but not a dealbreaker for us. Patricia offered to swap the hotplate with another appliance -- I think it was a larger toaster oven. Overall its a very tight space and will do fine in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend this place for vacationers or stays of longer than a few days.

Patricia was a most accommodating host. She was very helpful with anything and everything we needed. It's a perfect little spot for a few people to stay at. Secluded, but also extremely close to all the fun of Austin. Definitely recommend.
