The Apt is located in the serene environs of Palm Beach Estate. Wake up to crashing waves, laze on your mini balcony. Space NOT shared. Private Apt will provide you with the local experience, Not a 5 star hotel. If you are having ANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE whatsoever, please tell me immediately and give me the chance to change it. Neg reviews not only affects our business but also DOES NOT improve your experience. Our little space is developing and getting better each day. Lets grow together :)

The space
Fall asleep to the soothing waves. wake up to great sunrises on a balcony overlooking the sea in a community setting. sleep in and get up to make breakfast with all necessary amenities provided. This little hideout is 8 minutes from the NMI Airport. It is placed where it is just minutes outside of town so you can get the best of both worlds... the peace and serenity of the suburbs as well as easy and quick access to Kingston. Just 3 minutes from the Harbor View round about. Guests who like to walk outside on the seaside are asked to walk with bug spray. Bugs are a feature of a tropical environment and is beyond the power of your host.

There is a designated house keeper Ms BLAKE, Please don't be afraid to use her. She works Mon - Fri 7am to 3pm. Her sole purpose is for your convenience. Contact her at the number in your welcome message if she is needed.

I am already an AIRBNB super host and as such I take great pride in ensuring guest satisfaction. I am also aware that many person travel for the first time and may need additional assistance. I can be as much help while allowing guests to get away for a worry free stay. I will be available to my guests once needed.

NOTE:
