Perfectly situated, halfway between the sights and sounds of Adelaide city and the cool trendy beaches of Glenelg our gorgeous new townhouse has everything you need for a short or long stay in Adelaide. Tucked away behind Anzac Highway Plympton is a prime location for families or groups who will feel right at home in this modern and trendy property. If you’re coming back to Adelaide or visiting for the first time, don’t hesitate to reserve dates as this place will get booked fast!

We call our place Hyggeligt House a Danish word for 'cosy'. We know you'll enjoy this modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property with downstairs living area, covered & paved alfresco entertaining area with gas Weber BBQ. Guests can utilise the separate laundry, double or single garage and will enjoy the grass-park area right opposite the road.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom contains a comfy queen-size bed with bedside tables, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Hosts a double-size bed with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and bedside tables.

Bedroom 3 - Contains a permanently made-up double sofa bed with a mattress topper and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 & 3 share the main bathroom upstairs which contains a vanity, shower, bathtub and toilet. The rooms are all very private yet conveniently laid out on the upper floor of this property.

Living Room:

Enjoy this open plan living space with 3-seater couch, smart TV and Xbox gaming console. The downstairs living area hosts ducted air conditioning.

Kitchen:

Being a new property, Hyggeligt House hosts all modern utilities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. With a large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic cooking utensils, you’ll be able to whip up a home-cooked meal in no time.

Bathroom/s:

If you’re travelling with friends or family there’s plenty of amenities throughout the house with a downstairs toilet next to the laundry and two bathrooms upstairs.

Laundry:

The laundry hosts a modern washing machine for guests to utilise throughout their stay. A laundry pod is supplied as part of the guest pack if you need to do a wash, if you’re staying for a week or so then it might be best to purchase some supplies from the supermarket.

Transport from Airport:

- 10-13 minutes (depending on traffic) by Uber (around $11 - $18 dollars)
- Public transport from Adelaide Airport (about $20 per person). Take the J1 or J@ bus from Stop 10 @ Adelaide Airport to Stop 6B Sir Donald Bradman Drive (North Side). Then walk 3 mins to Stop 8C Marion Rd - East Side and take bus 100 11 stops to 11 Marion Rd - East Side. Finally, walk 10 mins to the property.

Parking:

The property hosts a lockable garage with automatic roller door. Space can fit 2 cars (at a squeeze) but comfortably fit 1 car. The dimensions are W: 5.5m L: 5.8m H: 2.65m. Cars can also park on the road outside the property but please double-check council street signs for any parking restrictions.

Heating/Cooling:

The house is fitted with ducted air conditioning which filters to all bedrooms and the living/lounge room. All 3 bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort.

Baby Essentials:

The apartment is fully furnished however I may not be able to provide certain baby essentials. Feel free to ask prior to booking as I may be able to accommodate, but those travelling with babies are recommended to bring their own change table, cot, and highchair if required.
