Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames. Please note the fee per night also includes Airbnb’s platform fee
The space
The Property is in Lower Shiplake a lovely village 2 miles from Henley Town Centre on a private road . 5 mins off the Thames Path ideal for walkers. Plenty of outdoor space. 5 mins walk to the River Thames & Train Station. We also have a lovely new river boat which sits 8 - which is available to rent during the late spring & summer a lovely way to see the local area. 40 mins by car To Legoland & Lapland UK

Entrance is to the side of the main house - There is a step into the property so not suitable for wheelchair access unfortunately.

I usually charge between £80 - £85 unless local events are taking place such as Regatta & Rewind

Neighbourhood highlights
In the Village of Shiplake there is an award winning pub and local shop & butchers all within a 5-7 min walk from our property. It is a very safe friendly village. A large Tesco store is just 5 min drive away. Henley is a beautiful town on the Thames with many restaurants, pubs and things to do. Henley is famous for many events - Henley Rowing Regatta, Henley Music Festival, Rewind 80's Festival & Literary Festival. It is a great location to visit Oxfordshire and Berkshire from as it is situated right on the border of both Home Counties. Windsor and Oxford are easily accessible as day trips from the annexe.
