Once inside, enjoy fully appointed kitchen, sub zero refrigerator, 3 flat screen tv's, king size bed, an O'Henry Hotel inspired bathroom, 2 twin beds, original claw foot bathtub, washer and dryer, and plenty of room for relaxing.
This is a quaint historic neighborhood that is within walking distance to many Tate Street restaurants and shops. Located within a stone's through to UNCG, it has the character of academic bustle with a laid back feel.

Great for professionals on a work visit, families for college tours, and those who appreciate cultural events. Conveniently located near the Greensboro Aquatic Center and downtown Greensboro. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking allowed.
