Welcome to our ocean front, beach front condo! Upgraded and huge, we are family friendly with room for 10. Garden level/ground floor, the complex is quiet, as is this particular condo. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up with a morning coffee and direct ocean views from the patio, living room and master bedroom. Surf, swim, snorkel, fish, or boogie board directly out front we have gated security and parking. Amenities include pools, gym, basketball court, tennis court, and car wash!!

The space
This space is unique as it is ocean front, beach front with lovely breezes all year. Watch turtles, whales and surfers from your patio while you enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink with spectacular sunsets. Supermarkets, banks, gas stations, and reasonably priced restaurants are all nearby. Snorkeling, biking, diving, surfing, yoga, and deep sea fishing are all available.

-Extra options for our guests NOT REQUIRED (requests must be made PRIOR to guests' arrival, all additional monies requested for services or goods listed below will be made through Airbnb. Upon confirmed receipt, items will be delivered).

$99 per soft top surfboard (up to 4 available at one time) for the length of a reservation

$99 for groceries available upon guests' arrival, they include:
1 gallon of milk
1 loaf of bread
1 dozen eggs
1 whole chicken
1 assorted basket of fresh vegetables and fruits
1 small instant coffee
1 small case of sugar
1 small case of butter
1 small case of yogurt
1 box of cereal

Yoga classes, $90 per 90 minute session.

*Cleaning products and procedures (Updated April 21, 2020)-We routinely clean ALL of our Airbnbs with products recommended by consumer reports and follow procedures recommended by the CDC so that our guests can feel confident, safe and remain healthy in our Airbnbs.

**Due to the ongoing pandemic and recent events, our staff need adequate time between guests to clean and service the units. Inhibiting our ability to service the units will result in extra fees.

A $60 fee will be applied for non-compliance with checkout (10am). An extra night charge will be applied for guests who decide to check out after 12pm and the security deposit will be withheld.

Guest access
You will be able to access all parts of the complex and the condo. Names of guests in a party must be provided PRIOR to the beginning of a reservation in order to gain entry into the complex. Non-registered guests (at the time of the booking) are not permitted entry into the condo nor use of the facility. Attempts to gain entry unregistered entry will result in the cancellation of the entire party's stay that day, non-refund, and possible further financial penalties.

Other things to note
This complex has backup diesel generators and water reserve.

Here is some additional information for your upcoming stay.

1) The address of our condo is:

You can search on google maps 'Isabela Beach Court' and it will give you directions 18.50742, -67.02406 gps coordinates

2) There is a lockbox on the front door of our unit. Text us when you arrive after 4pm and we will text you the code. Please be sure to return the key into the lock box upon your departure.

3) Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out time is anytime before 10 am. Upon check out, please be sure to take all trash to the large dumpsters, put all used towels and sheets in a pile, and turn off ac’s and lights.

4) The password to the wifi is on the internet modem, on the dresser in the master bedroom.

5) The TV is a smart TV, so you can access Netflix and Amazon prime.

6) Please be sure to turn off any AC's or lights when not in use. This will help us be able to keep our price down for future renters, and is better for our environment :).

7) There are many fun areas to explore right in Isabela. The beach directly in front of the complex is beautiful and private. There is a running path that is fun to run/walk on that goes along the coast. If you walk right or left down the beach, there are beautiful tide pools you can hang out in and enjoy.

In case you are not familiar with the area, a few recommendations include:

-Mojito Shop up the hill
-Jobos beach (many great restaurants to choose from)
-Isabela town square
-Eclipse Restaurant (higher end)
-Royal Isabela (higher end golf course and restaurant)

Friendly reminders due to recent issues:

1. SEND us the names of the people in your party PRIOR to your vacation stay. ONLY guests on the Guard’s list are able to enter the complex.
2. Do NOT pour any substance down any of the drains other than water and soap (ie bacon grease, hair dyes, etc.) or use and attempt to flush excess toilet paper. A plumbing charge will be passed on to guests should sinks or other get clogged.
3. Do NOT lose the key set. The keys are unique to the apartment and the complex. They cannot be replaced overnight, will incur a $300 charge, and your access to the apartment and complex will most likely be delayed by several hours.
4. BE careful with the TV, air-conditioning and fan remotes. A similar charge will occur, and will not be replaced.
5. Should you use the air-conditioning units, SET the units at 71-75 degrees. Setting the a/c units lower than those temperatures will burn out the a/c motors. It is a significant cost to guests. When leaving the unit for the day, turn off the a/c units.
6. PARK in the parking spaces provided. The HOA is strict and you may have your vehicles towed should you park in another owner’s parking spot, especially residents.
7. PLEASE abide by the pool and complex rules including no drinks (especially alcoholic) in the pools, and excessive loud music or noise.
8. Do NOT share the lockbox code with individuals other than those in your party.
9. Lastly…ENJOY your stay! Should you need guidance on where to eat or things to do, please Airbnb message me and I will answer asap.
*also, our complex has wifi in/near the gym, so you should be able to stay connected in our unit and outside :)

Isabela is a terrific beach getaway vacation town with all of the restaurants, shops, bars, beaches, surf spots, hiking, and ocean front biking paths you could want. Lovely people and local culture!!!

From June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time period, internet, electrical, cell service and water outages may occur. Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
