Located in Old Town Scottsdale about a mile from the entertainment district and half a mile from the San Francisco Giants spring training facility. 15 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor airport. A Starbucks is about a quarter mile away. Conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment.

Guest access
Please understand this is a shared condo. I (Michael) live here and rent a room that has a private bathroom for guests. Of the appropriate 200 guests I've hosted, a small percentage mistakenly think it's for the entire condo. Guests have access to the entire condo minus the host's (Michael's) bedroom. There is an outdoor patio to relax when the weather is nice. Smoking is allowed on the patio, but not inside.
