Modern property to sleep 8 (or up to 12 if using sofa beds) in the heart of the Cathedral City of St David's; Britain's smallest City. Easy walking distance from all amenities and the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Private off road parking through the access lane.

The space
Bwthyn y Bwlch is designed for flexible accommodation; either the entire place for one family group of up to 12 people, or as a ground floor only for couples or small families. Each floor has a double bed, two single beds and two double sofa beds. The kitchen diner has a microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. An iron, ironing board and washing machine are available in the utility area. The house is heated by underfloor ground source heating over the whole floor downstairs and electric underfloor heating in upper bathroom, together with a log burner. There is also car parking in the grounds, and a large lawned area with mature trees. The property is accessed by a private lane and archway of dimensions 2.0 meters high and 2.2 meters wide so please check that your vehicle will fit through!

vehicle access is through our archway. Dimensions are 2.2 metres wide and 2.0 metres high so please ensure your vehicle will fit through. There is ample space once through the arch and driveway.

There is a children's playground opposite CK's Supermarket, which also has the local Post Office, with the doctors surgery opposite, and of course the fantastic Pembrokeshire coast national footpath with it's fabulous beaches.
