Newly built property to sleep one family of up to 12 people in the heart of the Cathedral City of St David's; Britain's smallest City. Easy walking distance from all amenities and the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Private off road parking through the access lane.

The space
Bwthyn y Bwlch is designed for flexible accommodation; either the entire place for one family group of up to 12 people, or as a ground floor only for couples or small families. Each floor has a double bed, two single beds and two double sofa beds. The kitchen diner has a microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. An iron, ironing board and washing machine are available in the utility area. The house is heated by underfloor ground source heating over the whole floor downstairs and electric underfloor heating in upper bathroom, together with a log burner. There is also car parking in the grounds, and a large lawned area with mature trees. The property is accessed by a private lane and archway of dimensions 2.0 meters high and 2.2 meters wide so please check that your vehicle will fit through!

All facilities are within easy walking distance ; The cathedral and Bishops Palace, local supermarket, fashion and outdoor activity shops, two character pubs: The Farmers and the Bishops which serve a good choice of local ales and pub food. Restaurants include the Kitchen, The Grove and The Cross Hotel, with food also served at the Saffron Indian restaurant and the Visitor's Centre Oriel Y Parc. There is a children's playground opposite CK's Supermarket, which also has the local Post Office, with the doctors surgery opposite, and of course the fantastic Pembrokeshire coast national footpath with it's fabulous beaches.
